Meet and Greet
The Meet and Greet is a free initial visit by your pet sitter prior to starting service. The goal of this meeting is to explain your routine to your pet sitter and make sure you're both a good fit for each other. During this time you will go over the Client Profile, Pet Profile, Service Aggreement, our policies will be reviewed, and two keys will be provided. One key will remain with your sitter and the other key will be held by the owner in case of emergency. If you have any questions please feel free to ask your pet sitter at this time and reserve any dates needed.
Payment
Clients must pay for their visit before or on the first day of service given. Invoices will be charged a $10 late fee for every 15 days the invoice is overdue and a $30 fee will be charged for returned checks. We accept check, cash and paypal.
Cancellations
In order to take best care of all clients, we abide by a strict cancellation policy. If cancellations are within 2 hours of visit, client will be responsible for half of the visit rate, and if pet sitter shows up for a scheduled visit not cancelled, client will be responsible for full payment.
Holidays
During the Holidays all pet sitters are busier then normal, please get your reservations in early and abide be the holiday cancellation policy. There will be a holiday fee on the holiday, this provides a little extra for your sitter for working on a holiday. Thank you for your understanding.
Insurance
Wright Pet Care has a business license and is insured and bonded for the pet's safety and the home's security through Kennel Pro
Disclosure
We do not disclose any client information to third parties. Your key is coded and kept in a locked box when not being used. If you need a sitter to pick up or drop off a key other then at the free consultation visit, there will be a charge of $5.00
Gratuity
Yes, you can add it to your payment if desired, leave a note to let us know. Gratuities are not expected but are greatly appreciated.
