Standard Cleaning Includes:

Þ Kitchen-sink, stovetop, countertops, dishes, microwave, cabinet fronts, small appliances

Þ Floors- sweep, mop, vacuum

Þ Bathrooms- sink & sink fixtures, toilet, tub, shower, mirror, floors, medicine cabinets

Þ Dusting- top to bottom, bookshelves, hanging artwork

Þ Furniture- dusted, wiped, polished

Þ Trash- cans emptied in all of house, and wiped out

Þ Mirrors- cleaned

Þ Bedrooms- changing bed linens, make bed, clean fans

Þ Front/ Back (porch)- sweep, shake doormats

Þ Stairs- vacuum/ sweep

 

Deep Cleaning Includes: (everything above plus)

O Oven

O Inside Fridge/Freezer

O Blinds

O Baseboards

O Walls, Doors

O Light Fixtures

O Windows

O Laundry (folding items only)

Cleaning Policies

    

Areas of Service: Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Midway, Tiger Point

Holley By the Sea, call for other areas.

 

Payment: Payment is due at time of service.  If you are not going to be home or office at the time of service, a check can be left. (Move out cleaning, cash only) make checks are written to Wright Pet Care

 

Special service requests: If you need special services like carpet cleaning, window washing, you must make arrangements for these services at least one week prior to your scheduled cleaning day.  We may not be able to accommodate a large request (carpet cleaning) the same week that it is requested. 

 

Equipment/cleaning chemicals: We generally provide all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies. 


Cancellation policy:  We understand there may be times when you have a change of plans.  We need a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel.  If no prior notice is given and we send out a team to clean or you cancel the same day we do have a $25.00 cancellation charge. (will be charge to your next cleaning)

 

Keys: If you are not going to be home or office we need to be provided with a key.

 

Breakage policy: Our staff take the utmost care in cleaning, however, if one of our staff accidentally breaks an item a note will be left and we will call you to find out the value of the item and you will be compensated by replacing the item or pay for the value of it.
